This year Santa stuffed a huge electric fireplace in my stocking.
Wow!! A fellow librarian!! Welcome to the profession :) I can't wait to hear what you think of Unravel Me. Did you know that Ransom Riggs, the author of Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children is her husband?
I just found out last month that they're married. I saw both of them at YALL Fest when I went down to Charleston. They're so cute together, and I follow them on Twitter. I loved Ransom Riggs book. I can't wait for the next one, Hollow City. I'll be following you in just one second :) Yay Librarians!!
I can't wait to read Asylum, the pictures remind me of Ransom Riggs book, Miss Peregrines Home for Peculiar Children. I'm following you through GFC and Bloglovin'
I'm a newbie librarian too!!!! Just graduated from SCSU!!! I also maintain a book blog for the Coventry Public Library where I am a YA librarian. I hope you check it out. Coventry Teen Underground New follower using GFC!
Hello! I hope you are enjoying working as a Youth Assistant :) Being a librarian is one of the greatest jobs in the world I think. I am a tween and teen librarian but I have been a youth librarian too in the past. :) Good luck!! I love finding other YA/Youth Librarian bloggers. :)
Hi there, your books you received for Christmas are awesome, following thru from Parajunkie's FF, and now following you via GFC . You can find my blog at Kismet Book Reviews & Tours Happy Holidays!
So I looked up "Death, Dickenson..." and was startled to find that the summary REALLY CLOSELY resembles an episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Are you a fan? If so, remember Owen? He has a crush on Buffy and is a super shy Emily Dickenson fan with an unhealthy, morbid interest in death. She has to tell him they can't go on a second date because she's worried about endangering him (even though he's super cute) - and she also suspects that she might like the fact that trouble follows her more than he likes her. So funny!
Anyway, here's my FF. Feel free to stop by if you're so inclined!: http://thepookapicks.wordpress.com/2013/12/29/feature-follow-10/
*Gasp* you're right I didn't even think of that. I was a huge Buffy fan, although I didn't get into the show until after it was already over. I forgot all about that, it's probably all I'll think about while reading the book. I'm following you on Bloglovin'!
Looks like some great reads! Happy reading!
