Question of the Week: What living author or authors would you like to have dinner with? (Try to think beyond JK Rowling)
Hands down I would have dinner with, Tahereh Mafi, Anne Bishop, or Kelley Armstrong, oh wait... I also really liked Skyping with Marissa Meyer, she use to write Fanfic, so one of those four, or all four.
I'm not familiar with any of those authors. I'm more of an epic fantasy reader.

Yeah, most of what I read is urban fantasy, I can't always keep up with epic. However you might want to look into Anne Bishops Black Jewel books. They're really good, and I think fall into the epic fantasy category.

I've read lots of Kelley Armstrong. She's a good pick. I have Anne Bishop on my to-read list, but I can't find her yet (I can't afford new books).
